If web page is in ANSI format, it can not send
correct Chinese (most non-English) to Google.
Please see Google search result page. Google
use UTF-8 format for their result files.
If you want your page has non-English search
capability, please save your file as UTF-8
format. (Not ANSI format)
If save as Unicode format, same as UTF-8.
Unicode takes larger size, UTF-8 smaller.
Use ANSI format, all old and new computer
can read. Use UTF-8 or Unicode format, all
old computer can not read.
