成功大學機械系同班同學陳達康兄的
電子函，這是劉鑫漢離開愛荷華大學
二十年以來，收到的第二封以往認識
朋友的來信（第一封是華珊姐九十八
年十二月來函）

劉鑫漢說明如下﹕
馬英九總統上任之前幾天，劉鑫漢宣
布歡迎以往老友來函，當時實質願望
是希望收到妻子陳麗玲的信函，鑫漢
知道愛妻麗玲在找鑫漢。但是，一直
沒有結果。

民國九十八年十二月，華珊姐來函，
劉鑫漢沒有回覆，因為感覺如果回信
給華珊姐，那麼，漢玲關係就是永遠
消失。

鑫漢在痴痴的等候愛妻麗玲，決定在
漢玲團圓之後，再回信給華珊姐。
固然男性同學、朋友，沒有如同華珊
姐一樣的直接顧慮，但是男性同學的
妹妹、表妹等仍然對漢玲關係有衝擊
的可能，所以，在鑫漢麗玲團圓之後
，再回信給陳達康兄。

馬英九總統，您好，
鑫漢在此向您拜年，祝您新年新展望，
祝您新年事事如意。
鑫漢於民國六十七年離開台灣，前往美國，雖
然父親、弟弟、妹妹都曾經返回台灣，但是，
三十二年以來，鑫漢從來沒有返回台灣。前年
馬總統上任時，鑫漢曾經要求妹妹支持我回台
灣，但是，妹妹回答﹕「沒錢」。鑫漢的工作
是進入國際網路，訪問大陸網站，在大陸論壇
、留言簿簽送中國人立場的言論，經常與大陸
網友交換意見。這是民國九十四年以前的事情

。民國九十五年、九十六年，鑫漢整理以前曾
經輸入的中國近代史書籍，由文字卷改為網頁
卷，同時又輸入新的書籍。民國九十七年、九
十八年，鑫漢寫電腦程式，及寫讀書心得，送
入國際網路，最近一年來，讀的書是數學不等
式。所有這些事情，都是對大眾有益的事情，
所有這些事情，都是沒有收入的事情，鑫漢不
能返回台灣的主要原因是口袋裏沒有一分錢。

台灣。

首次獨立域名。這是自由人二網站建站日期。
九個月之後，九十三年八月十五日，建立「中央政府網站
」招牌，展示國策﹕抗俄、抗日、博愛、大同。
三百年以來，我國受到俄國的掠奪及日本的侵略，禍害不
已，鑫漢非常希望有一個抗俄也抗日的中央政府，但是，
找不到抗俄也抗日的中央政府，怎麼辦？於是，鑫漢建立
一個中央政府網站，高高舉起抗俄、抗日、博愛、大同國
策。

博愛是 國父中山先生的偉大精神，也是國民黨的核心政
策。
大同是孔子、孟子承襲我國仁恕立國精神的重要思想。
國民政府曾經以《禮運大同篇》石刻贈送聯合國。

鑫漢以為「抗俄、抗日、博愛、大同」充分展示中國人的
時代精神與民族傳統，也展示中央政府的國策。因為抗俄
、抗日績效不彰，現在社會大眾比較少談抗俄、抗日。
我們少談抗俄、抗日，並不代表沒有俄患、日患的威脅，
實際上，俄患、日患的威脅繼續存在，中國人必須有心理
防備才可能避免下一次的災難。

民國九十七年五月二十日，總統就職日，鑫漢更名網站為
「反共抗俄網站」。多加思考之後，鑫漢以為我們必須有
「抗俄、抗日、博愛、大同」國策，以「中央政府網站」
名義，展示國策比較方便，所以，鑫漢決定在中華民國
九十八年二月二十日將站名還原為「中央政府網站」。
